Recommended Restaurants Miami Zuma located in the Epic Hotel, well know for its out posts in London, Hong Kong, Istanbul and Dubai Zuma is famous for its “izakaya” dining concept. Quite simply they serve contemporary japanese cuisine and have delicious sake, black cod, sushi and sashimi - 270 Biscayne Blvd, Way Miami, 3055770277.  Hakkasan is my favorite restaurant from London. Many a night I have been told off for taking photos in its dark enclaves. With a stellar list of wines and sake Chef Alan Yau provides an inventive menu including charcoal grilled silver cod and braised black bean grouper claypot with bitter melon. Fountainbleu Miami Beach 4441 Collins Avenue 7862761388 .ed silver cod The Dutch, located in the W on South Beach, sees Chef Andrew Carmellini bringing his New York concept of American cooking to Florida where the menu is clearly influenced by the shift in geographical locations - 2201 Collins Avenue, 305 938 3111 Ceconni’s, located on the ground floor of The Soho Beach House, models itself on its English parent. Great food, Great vibe, Great music. Their luncheon platters for two including lobster tails, steak, and seared tuna are delectable. Accompanied with a bottle of Rose, how could you go wrong? - 4385 Collins Avenue, 7865077902.
