Le Market - 15 Avenue Matignon, Paris - Le Market is a fantastic addition to the designer restaurant scene in Paris by French New Yorker, Jean -Goerges Vongerichten’s. Situated close to the Champs D’elysees in the 8th District, Le Market has a creative pseudo asian/french menu that serves stand out dishes such as papaya salad with squid and cashew nuts, tuna with cream of wasabi pizza and lobster daikon. Truly delicious. My only suggestion would be to make sure you make a reservation after 9pm as this place gets started later. http://jean-georges.com/

Camille - 24 Rue des Francs Bourgeois, Paris - A sure sign that you have entered a french bistro is the presence of a red awning at the entrance. Camille is no exception. With a typically french bistro style menu Camille enables you to immerse yourself in Parisian food and culture day or night. The hustle and bustle of the restaurant, the smell of garlic and red wine, envelopes you. We enjoyed Camille so much we returned to Camille more than once to dine on steak and frites over a bottle of Bordeaux. 

Kong - 1 Rue du Pont Neuf, Paris - Famous for its Philips Starck design and dome glass roof Kong is still the place to be Paris despite its age.  For lunch or dinner it offers breathtaking views of the city with a menu that fuses french and asian cuisine. Some of my favorites are soft shell crab tempura, Japanese style beef carpaccio and King Crab salad and Avocado. Just make sure you ask for a table near the roof.

Le Renoma Cafe Gallery- 32 Avenue George V, Paris - I stumbled upon Renoma as it was opposite the George V Hotel and looked inviting. Part Gallery, part cafe, 100% hipster cool Renoma offers something for the taste buds as well as the eyes. With delectable cocktails made of elderflower and concombre frais accompanied by steak tartare Renoma is an interesting place to eat and chill day or night.
